Momo chutney

Chutney: chop 2 large tomatoes, put in a large+ deep dish, and microwave uncovered till soft. If the dish is not large+deep then the liquid from the tomatoes boils over during microwaving. Put tomatoes aside to cool. Heat 3-4 tablespoons of oil in a pan and stir fry 11-12 whole dry red chillies till they start darkening (and get crisp). Put aside to cool. Once the tomatoes and chillies are cool, put both in a grinder. Add a large handful of roasted peanuts. Add salt to taste. Add a teaspoon of minced garlic or 3-4 pods. Also add the leftover oil from frying the chillies. Grind till smooth. Chutney is ready Momo filling - fry onion cabbage add salt pepper and soy sauce Steam for about 7 minutes

Explore... Each city, each country teaches us a different way of life. There are some positive and some negative and some cultural lessons. Living the city one will absorb the good and the bad. What helps is that when you move you leave behind the negatives and take the positives along. I have had the opportunity to live in 3 countries in the last 5 years, with very diverse cultures. Here I share with you my learning from each of them. The status quo for me was India, the only country I had lived in for almost 3 decades of my life. Although I had lived in different cities across the county and each had its own nuisances but it is not as different as moving to a completely new county.   I was exposed to different “facets” of independence as I travelled. Living in Mumbai in India, I considered myself as an independent person I was confident about traveling alone around the city and taking care of most aspects of my daily life. But this definition of independence ...
Quick tips for preparing for PMP (Project Management Professional) exam I took the exam this month and here are some leanings from my experience and few tips that may help you in your preparation. Take sample exams: Do not wait to complete studying the entire course before taking the exam. You would have a fair understanding of most concepts from the 35 Contact hours that you would have completed. You could start with short exams 30-50 questions and then move on to full length exams. There are a number of free sample exams available online. I took only the free exams.  Most free sample exams are good however you may come across a couple which may not seem to appropriate (eg: wrong answers, wrong options, weird questions etc). So, make sure you use your judgement and cross check answers when in doubt.                                       Focus on content in the PMBOK: There...
