Suji Halwa Recipe

1/2 Katori Suji
1/2 Katori Ghee (Could use lesser)


1/2 katori sugar
1 1/2 - 2 katori water

1. Mix water and sugar to make chathani
2. Roast suji with ghee to a shade more than the end result required
3. Add sugar syrup to suji and cook till the desired consistency

Explore... Each city, each country teaches us a different way of life. There are some positive and some negative and some cultural lessons. Living the city one will absorb the good and the bad.
