Cheese Balls

 3-4 boiled potato

3-4 Amul cheese slices

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 tbsp cornflour


1. Boil and mash potato. Add salt, green coriander leaves, oregano. Add chilli flakes as optional.

2. Cut each cheese cube in 9 small pieces

3. Make balls of potato with a cheese cube in the center

4. Make a paste of cornflour in water

5. Roll the balls in cornflour and cover in breadcrumbs

6. Fry the cheeseballs
